Those batting helmets look weird, something about the angle of where the black meets the white. Those couldn't be white stickers on the regular black helmets, could they? Wow, talk about tacky if so.

Yes, they look great on the Orioles! Maybe they could wear them like on Sundays or some such thing.

burres on the tightrope again. O's pitchers have been nibbling lately.

When Burres was 4-2 I predicted he would soon be 5-10. If not for our offense he'd already be 4-8 after tonight.

Something tells me he's not long for the rotation. I thought he'd be bad this year, but his good start was a pleasant surprise. Seems like it was a mirage at this point.

He's a 27 yr old junkballer with a career 5.50 ERA. That screams mop up guy.

I can't disagree with you. Sometimes guys like that (Moyer, etc) figure it out and become quality starters, but most of them are like Burres. Just not very good.

burres has certainly settled down tonight.
