Good question Maybe guthrie is confident in his stuff and I for one hate walks.Walks end up killing ya. At least it was a solos shot,we definatly need more than two runs.With this offense I doubt it though.

Guthrie has thrown 103 pitches in 6 innings. I suspect he will throw the 7th, then we will go with Johnson/Sherril in the 8th/9th.

We need some more runs!!!! Palmer just said that we are 3-21 with 3 runs or less.

Another absurd strike call over the inside chalk line. Palmer all over the ump. He called it the "Trembly Strike Zone" based on where Dave put his finger in the chalk after getting thrown out.

Palmer all over the Hernandez on the pitch selection to Youkilis. A 2-1 curve ball by Johnson who has a great moving fastball. Then he ends up walking the lead-off batter, gives up a hit to Manny and a pitch in the dirt to allow the runners to advance. Palmer putting it all on Ramon.

Base hit by Lowell just past Roberts who was moving toward 2nd base gives the Red Sox the lead. Damn it!
